Data Deletion

Last updated: August 25, 2026

This page explains how to delete the data that the OpenLivery managed cloud service, operated by Megacubos, LLC, holds about you. It complements our Privacy Policy.

Delete content from your workspace

Workspace owners can delete clients, agents, knowledge documents and conversations directly from the platform at any time. Deleting a client removes its agents, channels and conversation history.

Disconnect a WhatsApp channel

Disconnecting a WhatsApp channel from the platform removes the access token and business asset information (such as the WhatsApp Business Account id and phone number id) that we received from Meta for that channel. You can also revoke the connection from your Facebook settings under Business Integrations, and then request deletion of the associated data as described below.

Delete your account and workspace

To delete your entire workspace and account, including all data we received through Meta integrations, send a request from the email address associated with your account to support@megacubos.com with the subject "Data deletion request". We will confirm the request, delete the associated personal information within 30 days, and notify you when it is complete. Records we must keep for legal reasons (such as invoicing) are retained only as long as the law requires.

End users of connected channels

If you messaged a business through a channel powered by OpenLivery and want that conversation deleted, contact the business directly, or write to us at the address above and we will coordinate the deletion with the workspace that owns the channel.
