What changes in October

Service replies become paid after the first 1,000 monthly messages per number. Utility templates are also charged inside the 24-hour window

One number, one allowance

The 1,000 free messages are service-only, reset monthly and do not roll over. Calculate each number separately: allowances are not pooled across clients

An estimate, not an invoice

We multiply conversations by business replies and add templates separately. For multiple countries we average rates equally and allocate the free allowance proportionally; the actual delivery order may change your result

What is excluded

Utility and authentication volume discounts are not applied. Service has no volume discounts. We also exclude Meta Business Agent, calls, AI usage, ads, provider fees, taxes and currency conversion

WhatsApp Business Platform / official API only, not the free WhatsApp Business app or QR channel
